Our Company and homeowners have experienced that adapting renovation concepts to existing houses and offices is more challenging than in new homes, but the outcome is more rewarding. We, the Renovation Doctors, address existing homes and offices as well as additions and expansions. Several projects have included adding substantial square footage to the existing home of office while reducing energy bills and improving indoor air quality. Free estimate and renovation report are provided to every customer. When we are first contacted by a customer, one of our Renovation Doctors consultants will assess the customer's home or office and write a report recommending features to include in the renovation process. About the Owner

Mecit Korkut founded Doctors Custom Design Inc. (Renovation Doctors) in 1992. He and his crew has been renovating homes and offices, making additions and expansions in south Florida since 1989. Customer satisfaction with  unique and creative designs, has always been the number one priority for Mr. Korkut. He gives countless hours of attention to his work and to his customers' needs.

Mr. Korkut is extremely versatile and satisfaction-driven bi-lingual (Turkish and English) home and office improvement professional, possessing exceptional ability to design.  He is well organized with proven ability to effectively prioritize work, completing multiple, concurrent tasks in a timely and professional manner.

Mr. Korkut has experience in residential and commercial building properties. He takes full responsibility for the complete job, except for specified portions of the work that may be omitted from the general contract. Unlike many other contractors Mr. Korkut has many trades such as, painting, walls, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, electrical work, plumbing and heating.
